Emerging Leaders in Rehabilitation Support Services
One Rehab has a network of skilled Rehabilitation Support Workers (RSWs) that assist clients who are recovering from serious illness or injury. One Rehab is a company founded and managed by experienced occupational therapists. With over 50 combined years of experience we understand how to provide excellent rehabilitation support worker services that meet the needs of the client and the treatment team. We provide specialised RSW training and in-house coaching to ensure that service delivery is efficient and effective.
Rehabilitation Support Services
One Rehab offers in-person + virtual RSW services to support adult and pediatric clients who have complex physical, cognitive, or psychological impairments. Our team of RSWs come with experience in supporting children and adults with a variety of diagnoses including brain injury, concussion, spinal cord injury, amputations, chronic pain, psychological impairments, and/ or learning disabilities. In addition to traditional, in-person RSW services, we offer accessible technology options and provide blended models of service
Pediatric Rehabilitation Services
We have over 30 years of combined management experience in pediatric services, and experienced RSWs who understand developmental expectations and working within family systems. Practice areas include Catastrophic ABI, Learning disabilities, Developmental delay, Neuromuscular Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder
Cognitive Rehabilitation Program: The Brain Enhance & Recovery System
The Brain Enhance and Recovery System is an evidenced-based, cognitive rehabilitation program that improves the functional outcomes for individuals with a variety of cognitive impairments. The program consists of: Cognitive Remediation Training + Gentle Aerobic Exercise + Mindfulness Meditation + Progress Tracking
